Nice tough hill run at the Senior Center. Still having trouble with 8% incline; below that I'm golden.

2% for level. Warmup mile @ 6.6-6.9.

1.0-1.2: 5% @ 6.7

1.3-1.5: 6% @ 6.7 I think

1.6-1.7, and 1.8-1.9: 8% @ 6.0 (tough!)

Third mile @ 6.4

2.2-2.3: 7%

2.4-2.5: 6%

2.6-2.7: 5%

2.8-3.0: 4%

Cooldown mile @ 6.5-6.7

Splits: 9:00, 9:16, 9:24, 9:09

At finish: HR 156, resp 23.
