I don't know what got into me on this run. I planned for about 3.5 miles and just kept going. And considering my recent history, the pace was good too! ~ My phone has a mind of its own and kept turning the app off and on, so the GPS tracking is a bit weird; I managed to figure out the correct time. ~ Stopped in the park, just past the last underpass, and walked home from there.
