Slow as molasses! Contributing factors included a partial night's sleep, no food since breakfast, and working 5 hours before running. But I'm also quite out of shape; the legs just weren't doing it today. For the first 2 km, my mechanics were all wrong and I felt awkward running. Still, I was glad to be out doing it! Certainly I will improve with more running and some strengthening.
