Notes
First run in 10 days. I've lost even more conditioning, so I'm really at a new low. Did intervals today: 5 min run / 1 min walk. Ran on hill at 27 min so that was early. I did manage to pick up the pace a bit with each run segment.
Very glad for warmer weather. Running was good, even if I felt totally like a beginner.
Pulse at finish 156, respiration 24.
