Notes
Summary: Hips and left knee much better than yesterday. Humidity was awful. I stopped to take pictures of the memorial for Madison Billups, a 9-year-old girl who drowned in Anglers Park last Thursday; her body was found on Monday. I saw no other walkers or runners, but many bikers, including a group of eight cheerful, fit, elderly women.
Route: SW 3.75 except for veering off the course to take photos.
