If yesterday's run was great, then today's run was my "off" run. I started out way too fast (first 2k in 11:27), then finally found my groove after about 5k. By 7.5k my stomach was getting upset; I'm thinking the hot dogs, chips, and soda for lunch was a bad idea. The last 4k were tough! I was glad to finish. I felt weak and a tad queasy for a while after the run too.
At finish: 156/24.
