First run since June 15. Hip impingement is much improved. Interval run (2 min run / 1 min walk) went off with no pain and minimal grinding. I got pretty winded though, due to overweight (171 lbs. at 5'4") and the warm, sunny weather. This was a test run to help me decide whether or not to sign up for a trail race next month; I have a preregistration code to get in free, but I need to use it today! I'll see how I feel over the next six hours and then decide.
