Workout #2 of 3.
Wendi bought me new running shoes, which I ran in today. Also today, I ran the gravel path near Wilson school for the first time. ~ Sunday’s wind was fierce: 31 mph from the south, with gusts to 37. I had to dodge quite a few downed twigs and small branches on the bike path.
Run was 90/30 r/w intervals, easy. No wheezing, no pain once the right hip loosened up (about mile 0.2).
Pulse/resp after run: 144/24.
