Busy week - first run since Monday (14 October)! From the first few steps, I knew this run was going to be wonderful. My legs felt rested and strong. The air was cool and fresh. I started out fairly fast but effortless, then maintained a strong pace throughout, though it didn't feel like I was racing. But even my fastest practice 5k wasn't this fast, and my best 5k race was slower than that.
