Implosion. Plotted a new interesting course and set out for 18-20 Felt bad by mile 7, shuffling at 9, walk breaks at 12 and absolutely done at 14, bailed a mile later. Have been nursing very sore hip flexors and will take a couple day's break to give them a rest and recharge. 33.2 for the week, 636.3 for the year's first quarter.
