Notes

I was running pretty hard, but I couldn't push too hard because I was starting to get a stitch. I went out pretty fast (8:00/mile), then settled down, but I really slowed after about 1 mile (down to almost 10:00/mile). I picked it up on the last .5 mile back home, though.
