Good S2 run. Haven't had a good quality run in a while. Right knee was starting to ache near the end. First really warm run in a while.
Ran for about 6-7 mins. to warm-up (to Sunchase), then I ran :30 pick-ups at 8:00/mile or faster, then 2:00 jog at about 10:30/mile. I ran the last 4-5 minutes at a jog.
I felt good and really concentrated on my form when running fast. I need to strengthen my core big time!
