COMMENTS: Good run -- knee hurt a bit, but just a dull ache.
It was dark, so I couldn't really see my GPS, but my goal was to run 10:00 the first mile, 9:00 the second mile, then cool down the 3rd mile. I did almost exactly that! Wow!
