Perfect weather and GREAT run!!! I just ran how I felt and didn't worry about keeping it slow. I just wanted to see what my long run comfortable pace is so I can gauge my pace for the SA Half. I couldn't believe my pace was around 9:30 most of the time. Some of my miles were 9:00. WOW! When I hit the start button when heading out for my second lap, it didn't start. So, I ran .4 miles before I started it again. I eventually hit the lap button so my miles would be back on, though. I added 4:00 for the .4 it didn't record. So, here are my splits:

9:41, 8:59, 9:21, 9:42, 9:18, 9:11, 5:28 (9:11 pace), 9:22, 9:45, 9:25

I felt great the entire time. I drank coffee early, then I had a bit of water. I ran 5 miles, came back and ate a gel with some water and ran the other 5 miles. I went to the bathroom while back home, but I didn't need to go much (that's good).
