Notes

Crazy hard trail run, with a 400m 10 percent grade hill, that you hit three times, as well as other hills throughout. Very little flat running. Great tester. Haven't done NEARLY enough hill training...about 5-6 minutes over goal pace, but goal pace may have been a little optimistic, as I ran whole course, and had nothing left at the end...good day, however..
