Wind chill of 11 degrees with strong winds out of the north and blowing snow to the extent that I could not seeing running north. My eyelids were actually freezing shut running north. Leg was about the same as the last two runs. I am icing right now. Effort and heart rate were higher due to the weather conditions, snow, and wind. Splits:
