Notes
Fairly decent run. My legs (muscles) were fatigued a little from yesterday's run, but my right lower leg didn't hurt terribly bad starting out and got less painful quicker into the run. Started the first mile and a half out with Tammy. I'm just fatigued now, knees a little sore and leg sore, but not terribly. This long run really gave me back some confidence and I am grateful for that. Splits:
