Both legs were a bit tight, especially calves and right quad. Right ITB still nagging, but less so than last two runs. I consistently warm up, stretch, cool down, and stretch which helps significantly. Winds were pretty stiff today, steady 20 mph out of the SSW. I hope they aren't this bad on marathon day or, if they are, it is a head wind for the first half of the race and a tail wind for the last half. With my luck, the winds will change and it'll be a head wind both ways! HA!
