Notes
Ran with my neoprene brace for my right knee which helped out a ton with the popping and tendon pain I was having. The tendon still go fatigued a bit, but otherwise everything felt pretty good. The toughest thing was running in the snow which made the effort that much more harder. I think had it been clear, I would have not labored through this run whatsoever because even with the snow, I felt really good other than my legs getting tired which is understandable. Splits:
 9:50
 9:58
 10:12
 10:08
 10:05
 10:09
 10:12
 10:13
 10:07
 9:59
 10:06
 9:57
 10:00
 9:49
 9:43
 8:58
Pretty happy with that because the pacing through the first 13 miles was fairly consistent, which is what I try to do and then the last 3 miles were negative splits, which means I was still going strong despite the high mileage. I'm really happy with that, especially considering the snow that I was running in! I was shooting for a 10:00 min/mile pace average and ended up at 9:59.
