Didn't mean to run this as a "tempo" type run, but felt better than I anticipated having run two tempo runs in the last two days. When I was around mile 9 or 10 I saw that I could get under 2 hours for a half if I kept my pacing up so, I pushed it a bit at that point and did it! Pretty cool. My legs are tired and my knees are a little sore, but I feel pretty good overall. Had one GU around mile 7. Here's the splits:
