Trail run. Run when I could, walked when I couldn't
Overall: 7
Enjoyment: 5 - Relaxed morning hike/run. Took a food break in the middle, along the Liberty Reservoir Island.
Experience: 5 - Very hot out. The trees were nice, but still too hot.
Effort: 5 - Too tough of terrain to really push it. Lots of rocks and branches to avoid.
Pain: 1 - Nada
