First official run of marathon training!!! I did a lunchtime lake run. 4 laps (0.77 miles each lap). I had no issues with my hammy tendon. Blister on left heel (not the Achilles spur.bursitis thing) was noticeable but not painful (must get new running socks!), and the only thing that bothered me was some shoulder pain on lap 3 prob from lack of food this morning.

Overall, it was a great run, which I was wiped out from at the end!
