Notes

Tested out the SM50 course. Started at 355 and went north for 5 miles, then back. Took a 30 minute break, then intended to do the same south. I made it 3 before turning back. My left leg was feeling off. Couldn't tell if it was ITB or not. Too faint to identify the specific area. I walked the return to work on my walking pace. By the end, I was pretty wiped out and concerned about my ITB. Need to start stretching again. I totally forgot how difficult the terrain is south of 355. REL has been too easy for me. Also I was in my old shoes (GT2160s. They're gone. Time to retire them completely!).
