Overall: 8
Enjoyment: 8 - I enjoyed the longer intervals. I was able to zone out more without the constant start and stop.
Experience: 8 - Weather was perfect, the trail wasn't crowded, and I was just a wonderful run.
Effort: 9 - I started slow, then sped up through the middle, and slowed down the last few miles. I had difficulty holding out the 5 minutes the last two miles, but still finished fine.
Pain: 2 - I thought I'd have some foot pain going into the run, but it never surfaced. Around mile 4-5 I had some slight shoulder stitching, but it went away quickly.
