Overall: 8
Enjoyment: 8 - A nice and cool nighttime run
Experience: 8 - No phone, no watch, nothing but me, some clothes, and a headlamp. :) I headed out after the sun went down and enjoyed the night time air throughout the neighborhood. I did all the ins and outs.
Effort: 8 - A steady but brisk pace. No walking at all. :)
Pain: 2 - Some slight pain behind my right knee that only lasted about a mile. A minor shoulder stitch.
