1/4 mile warm up

6x200 sprints

6x200 walks

1/4 cool down

Originally this was to be 4x800, but I decided to change it to 6x400. When arriving, it was hot and humid so I ended up doing 6x200's with 200 walks between. It was tough, and I started them too fast so by the end my "sprints" were little more than faster runs, just slightly faster then 5k pace.
