Hill work on the treadmill at the gym.

10 minutes at 3 mph with 15% incline

10 minutes at 3.5 mph with 15% incline

5 minutes at 3.5 mph with 10% incline

5 minutes at 5 mph with 5% incline

Tough workout up hill. I was going back and forth between running and speed walking at the 3.5 mph. It felt great kicking my heart rate into high gear.
