Enjoyment: 5 - No headphones, no water bottle, stuck on the treadmill, not fun.
Experience: 6 - Had a case of the "blah's" but I needed to get something in.
Effort: 7 - Was going to do hill work, but I did a powerwalk at 15% incline for 3 minutes, then decided I should just do a light run to get back into the groove. Dropped to 1.5% at a 12 min pace, then upped the pace to 10 min the last five minutes, and 9 min pace the last minute.
Pain: 2 - A few aches, but nothing worth noting specifically.
