First Annual Runners Bug Virtual Non-Race. I ran 6 miles along the NCR trail at a 2/1. I was considering going 10 miles, but opted out because my shins were sore (probably from the squat challenge). I kept slowing myself down because I wanted a nice leisurely pace.
