First post-surgery run. I took it very slow but was zapped by the heat/sun/humidity and only did two laps. I did 2:1 intervals at a slow pace. It was just too hot out for a run. This will probably end my worktime runs until the fall. I really need to get into training and it's just too hot during the day to make a good effort.
