Felt a little flat from yesterday's 800m and the race went out like crazy. Had a 61 for the first lap then came back with a 65 and 68 so towards the end it was hard to push through things but just tried to keep going. Good learing experience but would probably like one more shot at trying to go sub-4 for the year.
