Notes

Decided to go for a run today considering the knee was feeling better. I stretched it before I went to go run and got about 2.5 miles in and it started to hurt again and decided to stop before I hurt it anymore. I plan to keep stretching it and doing some other leg stretches to see if that doesn't help and I can get back to running long distances.
