question: does it count as strides if I go really hard in kickball? (I'm not good at the kicking the ball part, but get to the bases fast to make up for it haha :) )

All day today, my hips, knees, and calves have been super achy, and it turns out I'm totally due for new trainers. (I'm really glad runningahead has that feature to keep track of mileage right now). I'll try to get a new pair of running shoes asap and I'm breaking out the new walking shoes tomorrow.
