Notes

Katie had to work today at 7 am so I left Staten Island at 7 am. It's like a 3 hour drive home, and I never stopped to actually get out and walk around to stretch out (it was early and I wasn't really thinking about it). My legs felt horrible on the run (probably from all the driving). My hips and calves were especially tight.
