not to sound all super ~~~motivational speaker~~~ but since I've gotten back from being injured, it takes a lot for me to not back off whenever I start hurting bc I'm running hard. I tried really hard in the second half of the workout to push through all of the good pain and changing my mindset during harder sessions. I am v happy with the result.
