It snowed last night and the roads are covered in ice, but i still tried to run outside until my mom saw me leaving and yelled at me to go on the treadmill...anyway treadmills suck and i have no idea why they feel so much harder than the actual road, but they do. At least I got to watch some criminal minds while i ran today
