I've decided that I am now a fan of the 10k. I always have enjoyed walking it better than walking the 1500, so I was pretty sure I would like this too.
I went out pretty slow and negative split like crazy, which was pretty exciting. I started out around 98/99 per lap, then worked my way down to 92/93. I usually never race like this, but it felt really good to go out feeling like I was crawling, then have the energy to pick it up a lot for the last 3k.
....next 10k in 2 weeks!!!!!!!!!
