felt meh. I was inspired by karina to get my iron tested, and my hemoglobin was low enough that we didn't look further. I have been feeling meh, so I am going to try the vitamin routine that I was on when I was at my fastest in 2016 xc and 2017 track (before the mental breakdown, lol @ me). Time to get some healthy blood
