Good run, warmer out. Felt great on the way back so I picked up the pace. Nice and smooth along the coast. Squeezed in the run before Nicole and her mom got back from their drive home to Reading...found out the reason Nicholas has been so damn crabby... He's got a double ear-infection. Swell. Had a nice morning fishing and catching crabs near the York river bridge with Andrew and John. Got some good beach time in afterwards. Great "dudes day" including leftover pizza on the rocks at high tide.
