Notes
Sluggish afternoon run. No beach today. Cool (high 50s) and rainy. Did a short hike down at Odiorne Point outside Rye, NH. Then we checked out the science center and went into Portsmouth for late lunch / dinner at the brewery. They had my favorite, Le Chat Noir on tap. Track meet back home was cancelled, so I didn't need to drive home. Short stop at the Kittery trading post. Got the short run in on a heavy stomach once we got home a couple of hours later.
No run yesterday... Crummy weather. Never really got a chance to get out.
