better? still notice a lot of stiffness developing in the calves/quads/stabilizing muscles. i'm running a little off-balance and it seems to wear me out a lot faster than usual. 18mi+ would be impossible at this point. still not sure on the 5k for this weekend...
i'm optimistic now that nothing is broken, but i need to be very careful returning to longer/more intense workouts. will continue to stagger up/down mileage and intensity. going to TRY a light hill progression tomorrow afternoon... maybe a light double with some quarters on thursday...
