Notes

A little sore this morning, but not any worse than the day before. Decent run. Can't help the hyper focus on my foot while I'm running. Forces me to run further up mid foot than I'm used too. I still can't tell if the tightness in the calves is from the race, walking around this week, or a symptom of a changed stride... Should be fine for 5k, but the marathon's a different story all together.

Iced the ankle afterwards. Just some soreness this evening. Nothing too bad. Probably a 5-6 on the 10 point pain scale.

Threat level is being moved from DEFCON 2 to DEFCON 3 for now...
