THAT was a good run. adjusted my goal paces for the workout mid-run. originally planned to aim for 14:30/14:00/13:30/13:00, but i felt awesome from the get-go. tested out my fancy new running glasses. amazing what a little less eye-strain will do! ... that and a fairly long break from anything fast.
picked up a super falafel sandwich from "town pizza and deli" this evening after a great round of mini-golf at hago's with nicole and the boys.
