user error with the watch on the first interval. poo! i'm pretty sure i ran a 1:15 high or 1:16 low... thus establishing a solid negative split workout to precede the 1:14high, 1:13low and then 1:12mid. good stuff. really felt the need to do more of this kind of work. i certainly feel happier tramping along the trails, but there's nothing quite like flying along those clean white lines in a 400m track workout.
added four laps around the RMHS hill loop.
