Couldn't really get out for a run this afternoon/evening, and i needed the extra sleep this morning (although I still didn't get the sleep...)

Tried a tough strength workout later in the evening: 10 mins of free weights, 8 mins of abs/core, 10 mins of free weights. Need to go to the gym and do this for real once or twice a week...
