watched the boys run their "races" in the kids fun run. nicholas did about 100m and andrew ran close to 200m. both of them seemed to enjoy it, especially the "medals" handed out afterwards. w/u a few minutes after. not much, but just enough to loosen up a bit (about 1.5mi in 10:30 w/ 1:00+ at tempo)
c/d jogging back to the car with the family. andrew kept a steady pace for a half-mile without stopping once! great morning to be out running.
