considered running the longer route to tewks through ballardvale... but i figured nicole and her parents would be happy to have me there sooner to help with the boys. had a great run. just felt stronger and stronger the further i went. skipped the "take the lake" 5k in wakefield today. good to feel rested!
all of the princic men received much needed haircuts, then a dip in the pool. nice afternoon/evening with the family before beginning our epic journey to ohio...
