Achilles and abdominal strain both felt pretty good the last two days. The only difference has been that I haven't stretched them at all. Even very light stretching seems to aggravate both of them.

Not excited about this tempo pace, but it is what it is. Ran this on the paved rolling section of Hood Mesa from the junction, and felt like I was running 4-mile race pace.
