COMMENTS: Okay, so I basically took off 7 1/2 weeks because of that damn left hip injury, and I smoked and drank pretty much every day. Weight wise, I gained 10 lbs. in 7 weeks, went from 160 to 170. The hip injury was bothering me for about 2 weeks, but I didn't start running again because of the smoking. Generally smoked about a half pack a day, but occasionally took it up to about a pack a day. I've decided to quit and start running tomorrow, so we'll see how things go.
