10 miles at 8:29 pace. First time I've run this hilly course in several months. Cool weather, 25% humidity, and no wind. Felt really good the entire way. And I still lost 5.5 pounds during the run. So 88 ounces of fluid loss, or 8.8 ounces per mile. Unbelievable.
